Gradient Wood & Resin Bookmark

I designed this to look like a gradient lines because I thought it would be fun to experiment with different gradient colors. This particular version is specifically in sunset colors.

I cut the bookmarks from basswood sheets, then I stain the wood in different tones for the variety of color and wood grain highlights. I fill the designs with colorful UV resin, and then give them a final coat of UV resin so they're extra glossy and robust.

This bookmark has a simple natural blue hemp string tassel, leaving you with the option of adding any tassel you would like.
