I cut the bookmarks from basswood sheets and stain them in different wood tones for a variety of color and grain highlights. I fill the designs with colorful UV resin, then give them a final clear coat of resin so they're extra sleek and robust. They have a simple blue hemp string tassel, leaving you with the option of adding any tassel if you would like.
